EFECTIV Performance Hydration is a food supplement with vitamins and minerals designed to support hydration during intense exercise or sport. Performance Hydration also includes the premium, patented ingredient Senactiv®.

Senactiv® increases the production of citrate synthase, an important enzyme that is responsible for producing more ATP (energy our body uses).

Taurine is also included for its potential beneficial effects on athletic performance and cardiovascular risk factors.

Recommended Use

Add one scoop (10g) to 500ml of chilled water in a shaker bottle. Mix for 20-30 seconds and consume immediately or keep chilled and consume within 3 hours.

For greater accuracy use weighing scales as the scoop provided is a measuring tool.

EFECTIV Performance Hydration can be used any time of the day, however for best results we recommend consuming during exercise.
