CaveMan Serving Suggestions:

One of the big reasons we're such a big fan of Ritual-AM is its extreme versatility in how it can be used. Ritual-AM can be a great choice for a low-caffeine coffee replacement, and serves well both iced or hot. However our very favourite use is certainly as a supplement to a coffee, levelling it up to a creamy, fatty, biohack-ery treat! 

You may note that we recommend only half a scoop when mixing into a coffee which does contradict the Ambrosia serving suggestion. This is because Ritual-AM is quite a sweet supplement, and we find that a full scoop in a normal size coffee is often a bit rich for our kiwi taste preferences. 

We have also tested it out in keto baking and pancake recipes... which go down absolutely superb! We'll be sure to post some of our recipes on the blog soon. :)
