DigestMax was made for larger athletes in particular, but is suitable for any person or athlete. It can be used both on prep while trying to keep your waistline as tight as possible or during off-season to stay on top of a very large food intake.

DigestMAX is designed specifically with people wanting to optimise digestive efficiency who are on high protein or high calorie diets.

The combination of patented Digezyme combined bromelain and 50 billion freeze dried probiotics alongside soluble and insoluble fibre have been specifically chosen to optimise both digestive transit time and digestive uptake.

Inulin and psyllium husk provide the natural fibre sources.

• Inulin (5000mg)
• Psyllium Husk (5000mg)
• Bromeline (200mg)
• DigeZyme (150mg)
• Bifido Blend (50mg)
• Lactobacillus Bulgaricus (50mg)
• Lactobacillus Acidophilus (50mg)
• Lactobacillus Rhamnosus (25mg)

Recommended Use:

SERVING SIZE IS ONE SCOOP, however we STRONGLY SUGGEST starting at a half serving (one half scoop) for at least the first three days and then slowly increasing to a full serving.

For some people especially those with sensitive stomach half a serving may be effective - more is not always better!

Product can be mixed with water to taste, however for optimal effectiveness we suggest 400ml of water plus - Psyllium absorbs water at a surprising rate!

Mix in a Shaker cup and consume straight away, recommended times are before or with breakfast or your last meal of the day.
