Tongkat Ali, (also known as Longjack) is a plant with long tradtional use in it's native country of Vietnam, for which it has been used for many functions.

Modern evidence particularly directs to its ability to support Testosterone production, as well as reducing SHBG to increase the amount of free testosterone available to act on receptors. In some trials reduction in cortisol for better stress management via modulation of pituitary gland output is also demonstrated.
